A utility for emulating XFree86-style Meta+click and drag window movement. The default bindings are Cmd-Shift-Click for window movement, and Option-Shift-Click for window resizing.
Get the latest release and install it as a normal OS X application.
Enable Access for Assistive Devices in Accessibility preferences if you're not on OS X 10.9 or above.
Use the tray menu to configure your bindings.
