pore sync -a is too ham-fisted when there can be multiple irrelevant remotes, but pore sync -c means we'll either have to check out the correct branch before syncing or will have to incur the fetch cost after syncing.

It would be nice to have one concise pore sync that always fetches the remote specified in the manifest.
