问题描述
安装过程中，openclaw 会重复安装，一直不结束

复现步骤

1. openclaw 是运行状态，已手工安装了dingtalk插件。
2. 先对openclaw 进行单一安装 bash install.sh --tool openclaw。未重启openclaw
3. 在执行convert.sh，本地还装有opencode、cursor等
4. 在执行 bash install.sh。这里不带参数。
5. 脚本一直在重复安装dingtalk插件。

期望行为
安装程序能正确退出或识别已安装的功能并继续安装进程。

实际行为
一直在重复安装openclaw。

环境信息

• 操作系统：mac os 14.6.1
• 工具版本：openclaw 3.8

问题已在 abf471c 中修复，做了两层防护：

1. 跳过已注册智能体 — 安装前先 openclaw agents list 检查，已存在的直接跳过，不再重复执行 agents add
2. 30s 超时保护 — 新智能体的 agents add 也加了超时兜底，防止意外挂起

更新后重新运行即可：

git pull && bash scripts/install.sh
