Introduction

Getting Started

Prerequisites

  • Ruby 3.3.0
  • Rails 7.1
  • PostgresSQL 14.10

Installation

  1. Clone the repository:
    git clone https://github.com/joel/notes.git
    
  2. Navigate to the application directory:
    cd notes
    
  3. Install dependencies:
    bundle install
    
  4. Setup the database:
    rails db:create
    rails db:migrate
    

Running the Application

  1. Start the Rails server:
    rails s
    
  2. Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:3000.
