[Bug] Link icon is not in the middle

When you uncheck the always visibility of Quick links, a link icon appears instead of sites' icons. The icon's place should be suitable with the widget's place. When the widget is in the middle column of screen, the link icon should be in the middle of screen, when the widget is in the right column of the screen, the link icon should be in the right part of the screen, and so on.
