Retain column titles on split_csv_file

Was just checking out your library and I was hoping that I could keep the column titles across the split up csvs. I understand that this might not be everyone's use case, but would be great if it was an option.

What are the benefits? looking at the individual files?

Hi, sorry for the delay. In my particular case. My CSV was huge and I wanted to pass it to another service which read in the header row so was thinking about splitting up the csv using this then sending the pieces to the other service.
