How to make Left hand Traffic

blender-driving-scenario-creator is generating Right hand traffic. Any way or option to change it to the Left-Hand Traffic?

Good question. So far I haven't looked into the details of this topic but I guess maybe this could be added to the road cross section configuration pop-up menu. I have the plan to eventually enable the user to store some custom presets there as well.
But on the other hand this could also be a general addon setting since I think it is rare to have both types in one simulation map at the same time.
Do you know if esmini or CARLA already support this?

I believe Esmini has Left and Right hand traffic support but CARLA doesn't have. I ask because road runner has option to select left and right hand traffic.
