Driving Scenario Creator

when I want to adds on Driving Scenario Creator in adds on section, and clicked to enable, it says no module named scenariogeneration.

blender version: 4.2.3 LTS

What you mean by Portable version of Blender, which blender version do you use without any problem?

regarding how to install the required library into your Blender Python environment.

I followed and Modules Installed () from 'C:\Users\X\Downloads\blender-driving-scenario-creator-v0.24.1.zip' into 'C:\Users\X\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\3.3\scripts\addons'
I think now driver scenario create is enabled.
