support for refs/changes namespace

it would be great if klaus supported displaying related branches in the refs/changes namespace, https://gerrit-review.googlesource.com/Documentation/concept-refs-for-namespace.html.

I.e. on the per branch page, show a list of proposed branches for merging.

Hm I don’t know this looks like a Gerrit only feature? Not sure about adding such a specific feature to klaus

it seems like a useful convention to copy, as alternative to e.g. restful proprietary APIs provided by GitHub/GitLab for creating pull requests.
