Mostly a packaging thing, though some minor snafus might come up.

Setup browser build with Browserify/Webpack
Run tests under PhantomJS
Don't require CoffeeScript at runtime, have compiled JS in NPM package
Make at least one browser example, probably w/UI

Related: Splitting out tools (#1), as these are somewhat node.js specific
