Larger default OG image

og:image is a required field and while the spec doesn't set a minimum size, Facebook needs the image to be at least 200px x 200px. This module currently uses the Apple touch icon as a fallback but that won't cut it for FB on most sites since it is probably 180x180 at the largest.

Options:

1. Tell devs to make their apple-touch-icon.png 200px x 200px
2. Let CMS users set a default OG Image in SiteConfig
3. Tell devs to put a og-default.jpg image in the site root
4. Combination of above
