Ideas:

Display share count for Facebook and maybe others
Include a report for exporting share count for all pages, and sorting by share count to find most shared content
Could continuously fetch share counts in the background with a queued job
Add share counts to BetterNavigator if installed, for front-end viewing (separate module?)
