Styling of single contact

What needs to be fixed

The single contact view is a definiton list. In J3.x it is styled viea css - in J4 the styling is missing.

Why this should be fixed

In Cassiopeia, this definition list is not styled

How would you fix it

joomla/joomla-cms#30985 in this issue a first step is done by replacing old icons.

Is it a list? Yes
Is it an ordered list? Perhaps
Is it an unordered list? No
Is it a list with terms that have more details? Yes

Although traditionally dl was called a definition list it now more often called a description list. When you think of it that way then I would say that yes it definitely is a dl.
The description list is the contact details
the description term is the "grouping" eg Address or the single item eg Position
the description details is 1 the Ave, Leeds, UK or Founder

Mind that the dl was used on the first website ever.

As it partially is a matter of taste, I would like to know your opinion.

I prefer to have the icons vertically aligned with the texts like in the J3 screenshot, but if the J4 look comes from a better semantic structure then I can live with the J4 look, too.

It is not as simple . The < dt > can be an icon or a Text or an image.

The semantic is the same in J3 and J4 but to get a responsive presentation we will need an override of the layout,. In J3 there is a brutal method to make a width of 180px for the < dt >.

The whole single contact is ugly and needs a design.

We can merge it, it is better than before. For the layout and other issues on the contact form, we must open new issues on joomla-cms. I'll add the label
