Description
The attached dialog comes back again and again even if I fully support permissions. Incidentally ice does not routinely work and always breaks down displaying no icons on Sequoia 15.8.1 - but I need to solve this permissions glitch first.
Steps to Reproduce
This happens every day usually following a restart after a couple of hours though.
