We currently target hack, which is a flavor of PHP. To output original PHP, someone could create an extra flag similar to how we have a flag --prettiest-js which toggles extra pretty JS. We could have a flag --php-hack which would enable/disable printing Hack vs. PHP.

This could be a good first time contribution and is not too hard.
