[Feature Request] add a 'test rule' feature #1286

Hey! You can currently test specific media items against a rule by using the 'Test media' feature on the collection's detail screen. You'll have to save your rule first though. Rules will only automatically run every 8 hours, unless you changed the cron pattern in settings, so you should be fine when testing. But even if the rule handling runs, it's not that big of a deal. Maintainerr will not delete anything instantly, it'll just create a Plex collection and add media that's about to be removed in a few days to it. Actual removal will only happen after the amount of days specified in the 'Take action after days*' setting have passed. While testing, it might be a good idea to set this to a high number. |

This might be there after adding a rule. Honestly I'm just getting started and I'm nervous to implement a rule without testing the results first. Just a simple "these movies will be deleted if this rule is run" --list. Type output.
This seems like a fantastic tool once I'm comfortable with it though. Cheers.
