v2.0.0 not yet released to npm either

The code on npm ( https://www.npmjs.com/package/diamond-types-node ) was last updated 2 years ago, but it seems there have been many updates since then.

Incidentally, all of my personal fuzz tests suggest that the newest code is completely compatible with the old npm module, but faster.

For now, I will use a module built using the very convenient build_wasm.sh.
