Node-sass which was included in the bulma documentation is deprecated, so I installed a version that is in active development and was also able to minify the resulting css file.
Also changed the sass processor to sass.

Implemented a way to customize bulma packaging similar to the way found here. The scss file containing the bulma package and the Nunito google font is in
resources/sass/mystyles.scss(we can update the name later to be more descriptive if needed)Also fixed the visual bugs in the home page from upgrading Laravel versions for some reason
