Hello @jozala
I want you to do the same thing you did. With the searches I did inside the git, other people had this problem. Did you get the result? Do you have a constructive suggestion for doing this?
Thanks for sharing experiences

Hi @mbta009,
Because of the stability problem with ESP32 and W5500 I have left this platform and moved to something else. However, I've seen this issue lately and the solution/problem described there sounds promising.
If you'll give it a try I would be really interested about your results.
I tested your code yesterday. It was about 4 hours under test and MQTT messages were sent and received without any problems. Can you further explain this instability?
Will resetting the W5500 solve the communication problem?
I will test for more than 24 hours.
I think I got the wrong impression you have the instability problem and looking for solution. Do I understand correctly now that you want to test the stability?
I've run my test quite some time ago, so maybe the problem was fixed. I am not sure it was hardware or firmware problem. So maybe with different boards it will not happen.
I have described the problem with more details in this issue: arduino-libraries/Ethernet#106
