What does this library exactly do? What would be a use-case?

Hey! I am trying to find a leptos component similar to a React library called xyflow: https://github.com/xyflow/xyflow

I stumbled upon this repository by accident and was wondering what it actually does. What would be a common use-case? If I understood the library correctly, it would allow to dynamically load leptos components into pre-defined locations of your UI. This library could provide a way to offor a plugin system for UI components, is that right?
