Today I have tried to post this JSbin on Twitter:

https://jsbin.com/jituhikimo

And it ocurred it is impossible to publish it. Moreover, when I have removed https:// from the URL the post had been published by my followers didn't see it.

It means Twitter rejected publishing the jsbin and shadow banned.
