Add ability to "auto report" these accounts.

Add ability to "auto report" these accounts to steam for "spamming invites". So far this app only reduces the annoyance to the user. Implementing the above would help Steam identify and block spammers quicker, and help reduce invite spamming for everybody.

I reported hundreds of scammers to date, and none got banned, so yeah, while this would be useful if Valve cared, it is pretty much useless atm.
