Finally, we haved successfully transfer this repository to our homeland.
Following issue should be addressed immediately:

Add jsk style CI: https://github.com/jsk-ros-pkg/jsk_travis. We need to learn the different of jsk-travis from our current travis-based CI system.
Support ubuntu20.04 + ros noetic
Add documentation for the whole repository. refer to https://jsk-docs.readthedocs.io/projects/jsk_recognition/en/latest/jsk_perception/
