Error loading bootstrap from the site below which I assume is completely breaking the layout

Mixed Content: The page at 'https://themes.jsonresume.org/theme/modern' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure stylesheet 'http://bootswatch.com/lumen/bootstrap.min.css'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.
