Ignore ipynb files

Hello,
I'm trying to ignore ipynb files (jupyter notebook files).
However it doesn't work.
I created a new secret EXCLUDED_LANGS.
And I added ipynb.
But it doesn't ignore ipynb files.

You need to add Jupyter NoteBook and jupyter notebook. This issue is resolved from here.

Ok, it works. But only one time. When I go back to secret called EXCLUDED_LANGS, I don't see jupyter notebook and Jupyter NoteBook anymore. They disappeared.
