Can you add a NEW label to the main page so we can at a glance see what has recently been added? Would be awesome.

I think it would be better to add the date label near the changes

I have added a couple of tags to indicate the number of items in the list etc.
On the other hand, I am looking to add the number of stars to each element, etc.
