Print a page link not obvious

I have a install of Foreground with inserted AddThis Share buttons. Looking at the data from the past 5 months, it is apparent Foreground's "Print" button is well hidden. Many users are using the share feature of AddThis to print the page. Actually, I can attribute 1/2 the shares per month to the print page share choice.

It probably wouldn't be a half bad idea to move it to a more visible location. Perhaps to the left of the Echo notifications? Icon of printer only since it would be universally localised.

Thoughts?
