How to prevent tap-hold-release from firing modifier?

Results

With winIOv2, holding space keeps firing press-release of ralt instead of keeping it in a press state:

Same config with wintercept works as expected:

In both case, holding v fires i as expected.

Question

Is there any way that winIOv2 works as wintercept in that case ?
Or is there any workaround to handle modifiers ?

This may be a new behavior in 1.8; does it reproduce in 1.7?

You’re right. No issue with 1.7. So new behavior in 1.8. Feature or bug ?

A buggy bugfix 😄. It solves some problems but introduces others. Probably worth reverting for now.
