Adding pauses to a dynamic macro

Hi,

I use dynamic macros (a real time saver), they store the sent keys and send them, but they don't remember the user timing (something desirable).

Is there any action that inserts a pause? Programs and websites sometimes need them before you are expected to keep sending keys. I don't think there is after reading the docs, but maybe I overlooked something.

EDIT: forgot to mention that I already tried using a macro thats adds a delay while recording the dynamic-macro, like (macro 500 a), but the dynamic macro ignores the delay.
