Battery Read-Outs (SSDT-AC.aml, ECEnabler.kext, SMCBatteryManager.kext, ACPIBatteryManager.kext) it actually worked without any patch or kext, but battery life was very poor, I went on with patching, now it lasts 5 hours.

Edit: I realised that mds_stores (aka SpotLight) indexing was using too much CPU thus using too much power, making it hot and draining the battery... solution: in terminal, type: "sudo mdutil -a -i off" to disable indexing... now is running cool 43 to 45 degrees; the fan now is off, must of the time!!!! --- solution posted by Posted by u/jnr0602 on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/hackintosh/comments/vz2lfq/success_macos_monterey_124_on_a_2021_razer_blade/)

TouchSreen also works on Catalina, Big Sur and Monterrey, only remapped USB ports and boom, like a charm.

Audio: Speakers and Microphone (AppleAlc.kext alcid11 + HPET aml) ComboJack (PostInstall\ComboJack-fixforDell + VerbStub.kext) it fixes the audio distortion via wired headphones and aux audio. (I had to disable SIP in order to install, then enabled back).
There are other patches for correcting sleep issues, and making macOS believe that os running on a real MacBookPro, like ALSD, DMAC, EXT3-WAKESCREEN, GPIO, GPRW, MCHC, MEM2, PCMR, PTWAKKTS, and so on.
Note: when connected to the charger it wakes up right after sleep, but if I detach charger, sleep and waking up works ok, just by closing and opening the laptop.
Before installation you must do 2 things: 1st. Bios Config, 2nd. Config Modification via GrubShell: (Credits to franklin-gedler)
Boot mode: UEFI
Fast Boot: Minimal
SecureBoot = Disable
SATA Mode: AHCI
Intel SGX: Software Controlled
Now we start the pendrive and select modGRUBShell.efi or OpenShell.efi (Be carefull with the commands):
CFG Lock = Disable (VarOffset/VarName): 0x52D VarStore: 0x1 Name: Setup
Command for modGRUBShell.efi: setup_var_cv Setup 0x52D 0x1 0x0
DVMT Pre-Allocated = 64MB (VarOffset/VarName): 0x804 VarStore: 0x1 Name: Setup
Command for modGRUBShell.efi: setup_var_cv Setup 0x804 0x1 0x2
DVMT Total Gfx Mem = Max (VarOffset/VarName): 0x805 VarStore: 0x1 Name: Setup
Command for modGRUBShell.efi: setup_var_cv Setup 0x805 0x1 0x3
VT-d = Disable (VarOffset/VarName): 0x808 VarStore: 0x1 Name: Setup
Command for modGRUBShell.efi: setup_var_cv Setup 0x808 0x1 0x0
After this we can reboot and then install.
Lenovo X220t, T440s, t450s, E570 - High Sierra, Mojave, Catalina and Big Sur - 1 hour to 1.5 hours
Dell Latitude 5490/5590 - Catalina, Big Sur and Monterey - 2 to 2.5 hours
a) Replaced the 68whr battery with a 92whr one. b) Followed the guide above, to make macOS think that is runnig on real macbookpro15,1 screen shot c) Tested 4 differents macOS versiones beggining in Mojave. these are the results on Battery Life:
- Mojave 10.4.1 - 10.14.6 Office Work (Word and PowerPoint), Video Watching and Internet Surfing 3.5 to 4 hours
- Catalina 10.15.3 - 10.15.7 Office Work (Word and PowerPoint), Video Watching and Internet Surfing 4 to 4.5 hours
- Big Sur 11.0.1 - 11.6.5 Office Work (Word and PowerPoint), Video Watching and Internet Surfing 5 hours on 11.2.3-11.6.5 and 6-6.5 hours on 11.0.1
- Monterey 12.0.1 - 12.4 Office Work (Word and PowerPoint), Video Watching and Internet Surfing 7 hours on 12.1-12.4 , 12 to 15 hours on 12.0.1
- Windows 10 21H2 7 hous
- it seems to me that with time, systems are more energy efficient.... Also Monterey gave me more battery options:
- "Slightly dim the display while on battery power"
- "Optimize video streaming while on battery"
- "Optimize battery charging"
- "Low power mode"
Also a Dell Technician told me, that Dell Laptops board internal drivers, play better with Kingston and Crucial RAM and with Crucial NVME and SATA SSDs, so I install 2x16gb Crucial 2400mhz DDR4 sodimm RAM modules, 1x1tb mx500 crucial sata ssd and 1tb P5 crucial nvme ssd (Crucial advertises 40% less power consumption).
I hope this information helps.... if you have the same model...
