Just tried to install arx:

$ cargo install arx
[... snip an ocean of errors ...]

Turns out at the end of what seemed like a neverending verbose output, I found I needed fuse3.pc.

Would have been nice if in the install doc you had just written that the fuse development headers and associated pkgconfig files are required. 😉
