It would be nice to have a global testsetup, which applies to all test items and replaced the default global setup (for instance, that optionally does not bring all package exported names into scope, by import MyPkg instead of using MyPkg.)

Please let me know if I can do anything to help.

I believe that we can workaround this issue with @testsnippet nowadays, but the snippet is run every time on every @testitem if I understand it correctly.
