Silent can not be disabled on the command line

[reboot]

The option --silent=false and --no-slient do not seem to have any effect, they are both handled as silent being requested. I know not being silent is the default, but sometimes it can be useful to have these options when you pass arguments from a script and don't have the option to dynamically change the number of arguments.
