Default fixture path is hardcoded

The Default fixture path lookup uses two hardcoded paths (replacing `/models/` with `/fixtures/`). These might be fine defaults, but they should be configurable. https://github.com/jupiterjs/jquerymx/blob/master/model/model.js#L76
