installed notebook, service starts, blank browser #556

Hi I used pip install, installed no problems, opened the link, and the service reports packages going to the server, as shown in the image below, but the browser remains blank. Below this image i also show the results of the jupyter kernelspec command. I get the same results on chrome or firefox.

above you can see the service is loaded and responding, but the browser is blank, below you can see the results of the kernelspec command

please help me get jupyter notebooks working, thanks

I encountered this same problem on windows 10 with notebook 5.7.6. here is screen capture while inspect blank page. I down grade the notebook to version 5.7.5, but still not solve my problem.

I use pip install jupyter and re-install notebook.

one more for this problem, I down grade to notebook version 5.6.0, it becomes normal.

That sounds great, how do i go about doing it?
Can you please explain the commands i can use to get it to work like you did?
