Operating system

Linux Debian

nbgrader --version

0.8.1

jupyterhub --version (if used with JupyterHub)

3.0.0

jupyter notebook --version

6.4.12

Expected behavior

Ran nbgrader generate_config to create nbgrader_config.py. Looked in the config file to edit c.Exchange.root

Actual behavior

Could not find c.Exchange.root in the generated config file

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Run nbgrader generate_config
