Update a few logistics for collaboration cafes #810

Hi folks!

The most important issue for you to engage with is #790 because that's the one where we're finding a TIME and set of DATEs for Collaboration Cafes.

Orthogonal to those decisions I'd like to propose a few things:

  • I think we should move from HackMD to framapad. HackMD is not accessible and therefore prevents anyone using a screen reader from reading and contributing to the notes.
    • As one of our goals is to grow the Jupyter Hub community - particularly focused on bringing in users - I think it makes sense for us to be working in a screen reader accessible way BEFORE someone who uses a screen reader comes along and is forced to ask us to change platforms.
    • I've made a template framapad here for you to see / experiment with: https://mypads2.framapad.org/p/jupyterhub-jupyterbook-collaborationcafe-nr53am9wz
  • I think we should move from Jitsi to Zoom.
    • I know this is controversial - and if Jitsi worked well then I'd be totally fine with sticking with it, but we really had a lot of connectivity challenges in the meeting on 16 September and if we grow the community we're going to have even more 😩
    • I THINK I can set up a zoom link from UC Berkeley that will allow others to host / join.... we could try that out if we agree with moving over to zoom.

Is there anything else that we want to adjust?
