Feature Request: Copy without UI

Is it possible to create an optional feature to do copying without window appearing? I have seen several Android apps have already implemented, such as Copy Link to Clipboard, Share to Clipboard. With this feature the Clipboard app doesn’t show any interface during the work, but show notice instead on screen.

What kind of device are you using it from? I implemented this years ago when the share to app used to popup in an action bar on the right side.

I think that windows wants the app to popup and there used to be some limitations about when I can access the clipboard... As in I could only access it after you clicked the button not as the app was loading. But maybe that has changed.

But for now, not that I know of.
