SelectMenu Pagination isLoading never times out #175

Describe the bug

When you scroll through a paginated SelectMenu, you occassionally run into error cases where the isLoading timer fails to time out.

To Reproduce

Go to https://www.bumbag.style/docs/form/select-menu
Scroll to 'pagination'
Open the search component
Get to scrolling down
Sometimes, it properly recognizes the end of the search. Sometimes, it does not. I haven't been able to dig into the why of this yet....

Expected behavior

isLoading times out after an interval
