Windows 11 triggers a trojan warning on version.dll, quarantine makes wand not function. Removing the patch fixes it so wand then launches but without the pro addition.

yeah, it worked completely fine yesterday but today it decided not to work.

Just tried it for you, yes, I get the same issue/alert about the same trojan. Possible it was only just listed with Windows and why it worked earlier. Can't test it against the link I had originally posted as I don't have an account to upload there and each of the sites that list it as a threat need a login as well that I can't signup for. But Windows defender is tossing alerts (that it didn't yesterday)

when i got that same issue i clicked allow then i got a coinminer virus on my pc

Interesting, this might be more tied to wemod/wand itself vs. wand enhancer. I think Wand downloads trainers in the background and trainers could be spiked. I'd be curious and see what the fling files you have on your computer

I had a few trainers that seemed fine, old fling trainers ive used for a while with no problem, but i downloaded a wand/wemod trainer for Dark Souls 2 apparently made by mrantifun but it was a strange website, and it gave me a wemod setup app that i used, so it mightve been related to that

i think people make fake websites that look like the real ones and a fake one i found someone talking about looked like one of the websites i downloaded from, so that might be the reason

Yeah I think you should run a full malware bytes scan to remove and delete anything related to that trainer. Once done download Wand with a fresh install THEN run the wand enhancer. Once you run Wand, then find dark souls 2 in the gamelist and access the cheats that way

i already got rid of all the sketchy stuff and my pc is functioning like normal. Ill try that and just do a few more tests to make sure i dont download something weird because im not very good at computer stuff to be honest
