How to make the themes effectived when i edit it?

I have changed something in the default theme.(journey/content/themes/promenade)
I edit something in the *.hbs.
But i refresh the page of my blog,it doesn't change.

I need to select the other theme then select back this theme that the changes can effective.

So,i want to ask how can i change the file and make it work.Should i use some command or something?
