Error 500 during authorization via Keycloak

The service is deployed in AWS. I tried configuring it through ALB and NLB. However, during authorization, it gives a 500 error, followed by "Invalid credentials."

After 3-5 clicks on the Keycloak login button, the authorization eventually succeeds.

But the error reappears after some time.

I would appreciate your help.
