Describe the bug (actual behavior)

Hi!
When i go to Main UI -> Topics -> Choose topic -> Consumers i got infinite loading tab. 
This behavior is repeated on versions 1.1.0, 1.2.0, 1.3.0. On version 1.0.0, the consumer tab opens. There is no erros at developes console on browser, only after a long wait the 404 window appears.
There are also no errors in the container logs that would indicate the reason why the consumers tab is not loading.
I tried to increase DEFAULT_RESPONSE_TIMEOUT to 60s but it doesnt give an result
