Rework release system and version updates

In the current state users need to sync git repo for updates and check commit logs to see what's new. Not user friendly.

Can use Releases tab for builds and write changelogs. It also stages current repo source files on release.

New releases get to GitHub's news feed, so users who starred the repo will see updates with described changes.

Yes, I would like this, but I currently have no understanding on how to do releases for GitHub. Currently, I use a bat script to open a virtual environment, and run pyinstaller to generate an exe, but I've been reading that it might be possible to automate this using GitHub actions? I haven't looked into too deeply yet, but if you or anybody has time, that would be great!

While we are packaging it into an exe, it would be nice to be able to Mac and Linux equivalents too, but I don't have the necessary testing environment to set that up. I've received a lot of feedback saying that Linux users especially don't have many options, so it would be especially useful to them.

Maybe down the line, the app can also check for updates on startup? No idea how to do that, but I'm sure somebody else does.

I know how to make a good update system with a pop-up showing changes and asking if you want to update. But I don't feel like spending time on it when there's a bigger issue for me aka X-Trans noise, unfortunately.
