Spanish version bugs

Hey there!

The Spanish version has some issues.

1 - diario.md should be renamed to recursos.md (Right now the link inside the README.md for the "Recursos" link throws a 404 and should redirect you to that file)

2- Inside the README.md, the first line says "Me uní el reto #100DaysOfCode", but it should really say "Me uní al reto #100DaysOfCode" (A instead of E)

3 - Inside the README.md, the "Diario - haga clic aquí para ver mi progreso" link should go to registro.md instead of diario.md.
