Loading ISO's directly can be flaky

Since the PC Engine is highly reliant on tracks being where they should be, loading an ISO is a little hit or miss. Try using the new cd2hcd or iso2hcd utilities in the tools directory to convert the image / CD to an hcd archive (it's smaller as well!)
