Can you publish a version of the formatter that would work on Windows? I see from the "releases" section that there are only Linux binaries.

I would welcome ideas on how to do this from a linux machine

I just tried using nixpkgs for cross-compilation with the pkgsCross.mingw* utilities but they don't seem to work

Is the only option to cargo build on a windows host?

The rationale for why we don't offer Windows binaries is mostly that Nix doesn't work on windows, so I did not anticipate someone to develop from a Windows machine
