Hello.

In the list of the groups for adding to watcher groups there are all groups of the platform
(instead of the groups that should be related to this project only).

It was intended to be like this - such users receive e-mail notifications but are not allowed to do any activity in the projects they do not have rights to.
I've wandered if it's worth to implement an option to restrict to only allowed user groups and whether it should be per project or global. What is your opinion?

Thank you for your reply. For me global options is enough, but per project option is more configurable.
