[FEATURE] Squelch Off Delay

Currently the maximum squelch off delay allowed by the radio chip is 35ms. In some circumstances especially when listening to weak signal or SSB signal the squelch closes.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great to have a SqlDel menu option that would allow following squelch off delay values:

• OFF
• 125ms
• 250ms
• 500ms

I would take PR for this functionality.

The solution would have to extend the squelch open in software. Likely via scheduler.c functionality.

I just discovered these radios recently, and I've been reviewing the source code. I've been writing in one language or another for about 50 years. Glad to lend a hand if you want to collaborate.
