Add support for Micrometer

I'm the co-maintainer (together with @shakuzen and @jonatan-ivanov) of the Micrometer project. We have this old issue to consider adding support for Kamon as a backend to which we could send metrics. There was a project out there a couple of years ago that did sth like that. Would you be willing in adding such support in your codebase (hopefully I'm adding this in the proper repository)?
